In the previous article, we already talked about what metabolism is, about that internal “machine” that we all carry inside and usually of two types: slow or fast. We are also talking about the third type: average or ideal metabolism. Let’s take a look at a few tips on how to improve your metabolism and achieve it in a healthy way.

First point: accept yourself

The first and most important point: REALITY. ACCEPT EXCHANGE EVERYTHING. You were born this way, do not be upset, do not punish yourself, do not suffer for your uniqueness !!! On the contrary, look at it this way: I AM UNIQUE, I WAS BORN WITH PERFECT EQUIPMENT, AND THERE IS NO OTHER IN THE WORLD.

I want to clarify this before moving on to tips to improve your metabolism. I believe that we live in a society of frustrated and angry people because they are not “ideal” in many aspects of their lives … but for the sake of … PERFECTION? WHAT IS PERFECT?

The one with the super photoshop on the cover? Perfect for the people you see on Instagram? Beautiful photos, perfect people filled with filters with fictitious lives … as you can see, I have a certain resistance to the whole world, which I call REALITY 2.0. Social media does a lot of damage. Well, it’s over, here in Vader we put our feet on the ground, look in the mirror and smile: you point to the mouth.

My point is that no matter how hard we strive for terror, we are already born with a foundation, and the first step to cultivation is I ACCEPT YOU. If you were born with a slow metabolism and gained weight just by looking at food, or eat and eat and you cannot gain weight … Nothing happens, accept it.

Second point: develop healthy habits.

But we also have to accept the fact that most of the metabolic problems we face in our life were caused by us, with bad habits, and not with healthy ones. If you have a slow metabolism, there are some tips to help you improve your metabolism.

Tips for healthy habits:

Healthy food processed in fear. – Go to your fridge or closet and see how many TRUE foods you actually have and how many ultra-processed foods you have. It doesn’t matter if you eat 3, 5 or 6 times a day … TO SPEED UP / REDUCE METABOLISM, YOU MUST EAT REAL FOOD.

If possible, here is my most sincere opinion: that there are many small meals to speed up the metabolism, I totally disagree. This may serve you for a while, but I don’t think this is the final solution. Eating several times makes insulin active all the time, and you will fast as many times as you activate it, and if you want to lose weight … … this will lead to a recovery effect. This is my opinion because of my experience with me and my clients. Above, I pointed out that it is not eaten more or less times, it is a FOOD, not ultra-processed.

If you eat foods that are difficult to digest or that don’t make you feel good, it also noticeably affects your metabolism because you have to work harder to digest foods you don’t like. Watch yourself, which foods are you better off? Which ones don’t suit you? Try to cut down on the foods you don’t digest well and, if necessary, see a specialist who can help you better.

Get moving, we already know this: exercise and especially strength training helps speed up your metabolism.

Life without stress. Whether you have a fast or slow metabolism, stress is always our enemy. Try to disconnect as much as possible when you leave work, and don’t bring problems home. Sleep quality is very important.

Small post. This article is not devoted to this topic, but I strongly insist that our body “rest” for at least 12 hours. For example, lunch at 8 and breakfast at 8 is not a big sacrifice. Contrary to what was previously thought, this break will activate your metabolism.

I hope he helped you and thank you for allowing me to give you a sincere and personal opinion based on my years of study and experience.
