What happens to your body when you start running

Everyone knows about the benefits of exercise, including running. But how does it affect the body on a physiological level, and can exercise change certain physiological processes?

What is proper running technique?

In order to have a positive effect on your body, it is important to follow technique: Start each training session with a warm-up. It warms up the muscles and protects them from possible injury. You should not get off to a brisk start, but should gradually increase the rhythm, starting with a brisk walk, then gradually switch to running. If you feel pain or discomfort while running, you should stop it or reschedule it for a better time. If you feel pain in your sides, the runner usually does not have enough oxygen. You should reduce your pace in time and start breathing through your mouth. When the breathing rhythm stops, you can pick up the pace again. It is important to end the workout on time, but do not do it too abruptly. A quick change of activity has a negative effect on the health of the heart. It is a good idea to stretch all your muscles after the workout, take an extra shower afterwards and rub your skin with olive or almond oil.

How does jogging affect the body?

When a person works out, the following changes occur in the body: activation of hematopoiesis processes; deepening and expansion of respiratory processes; production of carbon dioxide, which has a positive effect on all biochemical processes occurring in the body; increased decay of old cells, activation of new and young cells growth; circulation of fluid through the body, eliminating stagnation; saturation of blood cells with nutrients; clearing the body of decay products, combating chronic fatigue; production of hormones, which are the result of the workout.
