How does stress affect us?

While not everyone is affected the same way, sometimes some are unaware of the stress level they are exposed to.

There are obvious signs of stress, such as:

How to deal with stress?

Exercise, regularly advised and motivated by a personal trainer, at least 3 days a week, in the gym or on your own, at home or outdoors, and if possible every day for a week.
